Sara Damnjanović, representing Serbia in the Miss Intercontinental pageant, emerged victorious at one of the largest global beauty competitions held in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. She secured two titles, namely the «Miss People’s Choice Award» and the prestigious position of third runner-up in the beauty pageant.
On December 15, 2023 more than seventy countries vied for the Intercontinental Beauty crown. From the tight selection of the top five stunners, along with Serbia’s contender, there were also reps from Thailand, Vietnam, Mexico, and Colombia.
Sara Damnjanović, Taekwondo champion and Serbia’s representative, clinched the title as the official reigning beauty and one the most influential content creators in the Balkans. This is backed by her previous victory in the 2019 Miss Asia Global pageant, solidifying her status as a beauty queen and a social media powerhouse.
The Miss Intercontinental competition is among the most prestigious global beauty pageants, alongside Miss World and Miss Universe. This marks the first time that a representative from Serbia has not only entered the top 20 but also reached the pinnacle of the competition, securing a place among the top five most beautiful.
As confirmed by the news media DobarPortal, Sara Damnjanović has made history for the Republic Serbia in the realm of international beauty competitions. Based on her impressive performance, she has garnered contracts with international companies and received offers for media and production engagements abroad. Sara Damnjanović participated in this competition accompanied by her family and the national director for Serbia, Dr. Hristina Vujinović.
